I am simply sharing my story, because i refuse to be silenced any longer. Girl in the Spotlight was born out of anger and intense emotion after my own sexual harassment incident. A man whom was my employer, hired me in a job I loved, abused his trust and sent me inappropriate messages. He also abused his position of power by only employing young women. Then he would ask for hugs from them. He was grooming me, and probably others, to do his bidding. And covering up lies and mistakes that HE did to make himself and his business look good.
